This is an advanced relaxation method using therapeutic singing bowls directly on the clothed body. This modality uses sound and vibrations through the use of hand-hammered bowls which quickly induce deep meditative states, reduces stress, and tension. It is also known to improve mental clarity, calmness, sleep and creativity, and bring body, mind and spirit into balance.

This 1 hour session will have you feeling better than when you walked in. It is encouraged that you wear light, comfortable clothing and socks (no jeans) to get the most out of the session.

In this 1.5 hour workshop you will follow the Chinese procedure using pennies. You will explore 2 of your personal hexagrams and discover the answers to your question.

Feng Shui originated in China over 4,000 years ago. It is the art of placement to enhance the flow of positive energy (Chi). In this 5 class series you will learn the following: the 2 types of Feng Shui, the history of the red envelopes, the Bagua, the meaning of colors, shapes, cures, enhancements and reasons for item placement. In addition, you will review your own space by creating a floor plan and exploring the following guas: wealth, family, relationships, fame, children, career, helpful people, travel, health and self-knowledge. We will also explore how and why sealing the toilets enhance prosperity, and learn the common mantras used in Feng Shui. A field trip will also be taken to a nearby furniture store where you will explore items that will increase energy within your space. No purchases required. It’s for educational purposes only.
